• I hope I contribute happiness and laughter. I hope that I can make John's life a little better, easier to manage, and that he realizes I believe in him.

• I don't think I have one. There are just so many cool fun things. As long as I'm with John it's all good.

• Nope. I think that you can be very, very attracted to someone the first time you meet but you can't love them without knowing them.

• Chocolates! Dark chocolate.

• I think it's okay to kiss on the first date. But only if you're actually feeling it. Not simply because Dudebro paid for your dinner.

I have made my first video and it's really simple and easy. I think I look horrible and act awkward but hopefully soon I'll find my groove. Anyway, here it is!

I've once again been humbly awarded the Lobster award! This time the nomination came from Shawna over at The Modern Musings. If you like your girls a little weird, a lot of random, with a healthy dose of Disney trivia knowledge you should definitely check her out.

• I actually changed my blog name from The Seven Year Bitch. I liked the SYB but it didn't really seem to fit me. I mean, I can be a bitch, but more than that I am always so indecisive and looking for new things. I'm always bored. So I just wrote a list of adjectives that describe me and Indecisively Restless fit together. 
• What is your favorite vacation ever? 
• I've been on quite a few vacations when I was younger. My parents have tons of pictures of me at Disneyworld, Vegas, New York, etc. But I kind of don't remember them all. I really like going to San Diego because it was my first big vacation with John. 
• Favorite movies as a kid?
• I loved and still love, Beauty and the Beast. I watched a lot of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, My Neighbor Totoro, Nemo's Adventures in Slumberland, and The Little Mermaid. 
• What is your dream job/career/life goal?
• I actually answered these on my Sunday Stealing! I would love to be a professional Netflix watcher, dessert taster, or book reader. 
• Who are your top 3 favorite bloggers? 
• I follow a lot of blogs with a lot of different niches. The ones I almost always click on though are Rock 'n Roll Bride, Junebugs and Georgia Peaches, & I Heart Organizing.
• Favorite place to splurge?
• I tend to buy a lot of my clothes online but we do have this new awesome pinup shop that I want to go and drop all my money.
• Name the top three things to see/do or eat in YOUR state. 
• Oh jeez. I'm from Texas. There are TONS of things to see, eat, or do. In San Antonio alone we have a Six Flags, a Sea World, a Splashtown (waterpark), a zoo, an aquarium, the Riverwalk, tons of malls and flea markets, and tons of delicious restaurants. 
• What do you do when you're not blogging? 
• I'm usually working, cleaning the house (ha), baking or cooking, watching Netflix, or reading.

Sunday Stealing # 1

You may remember that I used to answer random, personal, fun questions for the Sunday Social link up. That link up has since been discontinued but I found another link up with random questions posted every Sunday. I thought I'd give them a go.

Place - Our House. 

Person - John and our furbabies.
Color - turquoise, pink, lime green.
Food - cereal. 
Smell - old books, the ground after it starts raining, vanilla, citrus, coconuts.

Music artist - I don't know. I got the Taylor Swift CD for Christmas which was awesome. But I love indie, bluegrass, classic rock, pop, and blues.

Magazine - I don't read magazines. 
Texture - Smooth.

Sunday Social # 22

1. What is your favorite month and why?
I like November because it's cold but not too cold. Tights and sweaters are acceptable and then at night I might throw on a coat. It's also right before Christmas & there is always Fatsgiving & my birthday to look forward to.

2. What is your favorite holiday and why?
New Year's Eve & Day are my favorite because they're always a great time to start new goals, get pumped up for the future, and clear your mind of the past. Also, it's John and my anniversary.

3. Are you getting the new iPhone, or are you more of an Android person?
Android all the waaay! I love my Samsung Galaxy S5. I had the S3 prior and before that an Evo 3D. I love the ability to customize and the fact that it's open sourced. Also takes some awesome pictures.

4. What is the most thoughtful gift you've ever received from someone?
John made me an awesome owl piece for my birthday last year.

And one year one of my aunts made me this awesome quilt & pillow case with fabrics that I had picked. I still use it to this day. I always love handmade gifts.

5. What is something you can’t wait to splurge on?
I keep talking about the awesome wardrobe I plan to get. So there's that and as soon as my loans are paid off I'm going to get my sleeve done!

Sunday Social # 21

1. What is your favorite magazine to read?
I don't like magazines. I got some free ones when I changed my mailing address and it seems like 80% of them are ads for things I cannot afford/am not interested in. The other 20% are perfume samples that I rip out immediately before they can make my head hurt.

2. What is the best thing you've seen online lately?
I was one of the ones following the Daquan Imgur Saga, I must admit.

3. What is your favorite celebrity to follow on Instagram or Twitter?
Neil Patrick Harris on Instagram. Twitter - Ricky Gervais, Barney Stinson, Emma Waston. John Green (author) is an avid Tumblr-er and worth your follow.

4. Is there one article of clothing no matter what the season you can’t help but love?
I wear capris all the time. Mostly because I'm short but mainly because they're awesome.

5. Do you prefer email or snail mail?
I love email for its quickness and efficiency but there is nothing more awesome than getting packages in the mail!

Sunday Social # 20

1. What is your favorite part of Fall? 
I love the sweaters, tights, and overall cooler weather. Being able to walk outside without sweating is great.


2. Do you have anything special planned for Fall? 
Nothing really. My birthday is in fall...but I didn't plan that.

3. What is Fall like in your area? 
It is short (lasting about late October to about December) and I guess the average temperature is like 60 degrees.


4. What is your favorite Football team to cheer for(college or professional)? 
NO! I hate football. It's sooooooo slow.

5. Do you decorate for Fall? Show us pics!!!
We JUST bought some awesome (read cute) owl & fall magnets for our kitchen as well as a huge brown felt owl that I just wanted and have no idea where I'll actually put it. We also want to buy some awesome Dia de los Muertos knickknacks. It may or may not stay up in our living room...forever!

Another week come and gone. Soooo let's start this week off with another Sunday Social. 

1. Favorite scent
I love the smell of vanilla. Cinnamon and apples are great. We live by this big bakery and when the wind blows just right it smells like apple pie! I also love the smell of rain on dry earth which is called....petrichor!

Cereal. Always. I'm on a cereal diet because I eat it way too much and my favorite kinds are the super delicious sugary ones. But I will always love cereal.

1. One item you wish you could splurge on right now?
Oh man. There are so many things. I would love an entirely new wardrobe but...I think I'd actually buy some bookcases because our house just cannot look put together until all my books stay off the floor and tables. We need AT LEAST two of these babies.

 2. If you had an entire weekend of no plans what would you do? 
This usually describes the weekends I have off anyway. I mostly just sit at home, watching Netflix, think about washing dishes, and complaining about the heat.

3. Next place you are visiting outside of your current city? 
Since we just came back from San Diego, we don't have any current vacation plans. Though we really are set on visiting San Francisco one day!

Sunday Social # 15

1. One show you would love to see on Netflix that isn’t there?
I wish Seinfeld was on Netflix. Both John and I want to watch the entire series from the beginning. Whenever I happen to catch it on TV it's always the same episodes.

2. One song you wish they would play more on the radio?
Have you listened to the radio? They play the same five songs every hour. There is not one song that I wish I heard more of.

3. Your favorite song to sing loudly to in the car?

4. What Movie/TV show do you quote the most?
I quote a lot of Gilmore Girls because I've watched it so many times.

I also quote Hank from Breaking Bad whenever I have the chance.

5. One silly thing you do daily.
I do a lot of silly things every day. Most of them aren't necessarily on purpose. I do always have to put my left sock on before the right. The same with the shoe. The left always comes first.

1. Gum or mints?

I think....gum. Well, I don't know because I HATE minty gum but love chocolaty mints.

Oh this one is hard! I watch a lot more TV because I feel like I've done more when I watch more episodes but movies are great.

Candles. The best are from Target. I don't care what you say. They are soy and smell amazing and I don't even flinch at paying 10$ for a big one because they last forever and make your whole house smell! I've currently been using the Pina Colada smelled one...but I think they call it something else.

Sunday Social # 13

1. What is the most difficult thing you have been through?

Luckily, I've never had anything truly terrible happen to me. But there was this one time that was probably my most scared moment and the most difficult...which I will probably write about another time. 

2. What was your best birthday?

Last year's birthday was pretty sweet. First birthday with John, got to see Kathy Griffin (up close), drank with some (new) friends. 

3. What has been your favorite thing you’ve done in your own city?

San Antonio is pretty cool in that it has: Six Flags, Sea World, the Riverwalk, a zoo, Fiesta, and museums. I love roller coasters so Six Flags is always a fun option. But there are lot of things I like doing in my city: including food truck eating, swing dancing, & kayaking. 

4. What is your idea of the perfect date night?

I love to eat and I like movies. So the classic is a favorite of mine. But I wouldn't mind eating somewhere super fancy and then going for drinks at a cool, little jazz bar. 

5. Have you ever been to a blogging conference? If so which one(s)? If not do you want to?

I have never been but would want to so that I might get free stuff! Oh and to meet new people. 

Sunday Social # 12

1. Tell us about the family you grew up in, parents, siblings, grandparents.
I am fortunate enough that my parents are still married so I grew up with them by myself for ELEVEN years. Then my brother came along. Haha. Pretty big age difference.

This was a hard time in my life, fashionably and uh...hairably. 

2. Tell us about your husband, fiancé, boyfriend, significant other.
You mean because I haven't talked about him enough? He has his own tag! He's awesome, funny, and waaay nicer than I am. We also have the same sense of humour so sometimes just glancing at each other makes us fall over laughing. Though we're best friends now...we almost didn't happen.

3. Tell us about your children. If you don’t have children, talk about your fur children.
I love my Boyboy. When we got him from the shelter he was already named Noah but we soon found out that Noah sounds an awful lot like NO so he would get very confused when we called him over to us. So now we call him Boyboy because I called him boy (as in who's a good boy?) and then boyboy and then we made it official and hence the capital B.

Sleeping next to all my shoes. 

4. Tell us about your best friends. How long have you known them? How did you meet?
I talk to John a lot about this but I don't really have that many friends.

I'm fortunate that his friends actually like me so going out with them isn't at all awkward and I love them all to bits. But as for me, the only person I really talk to is Lauren but we don't get to see each other as often as we like. (We met in high school because I dated her brother.)  I tend to befriend people who are older than me, especially in my job world, so I don't go out to drink with them or anything. And a lot of the friends I had in the past weren't the sticking around type. John is my best friend and we met at lunch in high school.

5. Tell us about any other special people in your life.

John is going to hate me but there is this guy named Sam. He is awesome. We've never formally been introduced, I just admire him from across the counter. I only know his name because of the tag he wears on his shirt. I don't even see him that often but when I do it's magical. Sam is special to me because he gives me free coffee. Yes. FREE COFFEE. Even if I get the extra large cup. 

Sunday Social # 11

1. What is your favorite genre of music?

I love all kinds but right now I'm on a country, folksy kick at the moment. 

2. What is your favorite genre of movies?

I love all kinds of movies but I definitely love dramas and film noir. 

3. Do you watch reality TV? If so what was the first show you remember watching?

I liked Project Runway when I had cable. The things they make them come up with and do are crazy. Mum and I liked seeing the end because the stuff we thought was ugly would sometimes end up being the winner. 

I liked watching My Fair Wedding too but really only to see the end. He is crazy talented. And some people pick the weirdest themes for their weddings. 

Oh! On Netflix I watched The Colony which was interesting and weird. 

4. Who is an actress you’d want to be BFF’s with?

Tina Fey. 

She gets me. 

5. Who is an actor you’d be happy to be stuck on an island with?

Bear Grylls because we're going to get off this island dammit! 

Also if for some reason we can't....he's not hard to look at.
